Job Description

Required for a Chinese Company

JD:

  • Support the implementation of current benefits programs, policies and procedures.
  • Develops recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs such as retirement plans, health plans, life insurance plans, disability programs, voluntary products, relocation and recognition program.
  • Assist with activities including acquisitions, divestitures and labor relations strikes.
  • Manage annual enrollment as a program ensuring proper communication and hand-offs between center of expertise and shared services.
  • Manage Total Rewards Administration team to handle inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution. Manages appeals process.
  • Manage team to respond to retirement plan inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.
